Am 10. April erscheint im Omnibus Verlag eine unoffizielle Met-Biographie. Dieses Buch ist Joel McIvers sechte Veroeffentlichung und enthaelt Informationen aus ueber 75 unveroeffentlichen Interviews. "Es besteht eine grosse Luecke, was gute und detailierte Biograhpien ueber Met angeht", sagte McIver kuerzlich in einem Interview. Unteranderem werden Themen wie "Welche Rolle spielten Metallica wirklich im Aufstieg des Thrash-Metal", "Was geschah in der Nacht, in der Cliff starb..." usw. behandelt...

Wenn man dem webmaster von encycmet glauben kann, muss das Buch ziemlich gut sein.

Thick and heavy as a brick this is not the average book. I have only been able to read a few of the 427 pages, but this is the best work I have seen.
The purpose of the biography is to reveal and debunk the myths around Metallica, and by interviewing more than 75 people to get the facts from those who was there, author Joel McIver has done a good job. There are a few photos in the book to illustrate the text, including never before seen shots from the bus accident in Sweden.

hört sich ja interessant an, der preis ist aber wirklich hammer(gut, ist ja ziemlich dick und enthält warscheinlich viele fotos, sodass er wohl berechtigt ist, aber wer kann sich das leisten)

Was fr eine frage "wer kann sich das leisten"
Das sind ncihtmal 30€,normal arbeitende menschen verdienen etliches mehr

Und selbst schüler sollten mehr taschengeld bekommen.

Ich werde mir das Buch holen.

ok, für manche vielleicht :D, aber 27 euro sind über 50 mark, also ich find das nciht wenig und man hat ja noch andere ausgaben außer bücher kaufen..aber warscheinlich hat wohl jeder mehr geld als ich :baby:.
