METALLICA sind bei der Voting-Liste der beliebtesten und am meisten geforderten Bands auf der inoffiziellen Rock am Ring Page www.ringrocker.com mit 231 Stimmen weit vor den Red Hot Chili Peppers (198 ) und den Foo Fighters (150) gelandet. Somit kann man auch die Nominierung der Band als Headliner nachvolllziehen ! Bisher wurden noch Linkin Park und Marylin Manson bestätigt, Gerüchten zufolge sollen aber auch noch einige andere (hart-) rockende Bands zum Pfingstfestival 2003 am Nürburgring kommen ! :]
